Step 1: Text or call 512-786-1771 to make an appointment.
Step 2: A plumber will visually look at your problem and give you a written per job (not per hour) estimate.
Step 3: If you accept the estimate, they can do the work right then. If you don't accept, it's a $50 trip charge. If you decide to accept at a later date, we will apply the

Estimates apply to visual inspection of your problem only. If we are unable to assess the problem without taking out tools, we will write an estimate for diagnostic work. If you reject this estimate, we will leave before taking out any tools, and you owe just the trip charge.

Leak location for water leaks or sewer leaks is a specialty service involving taking out and using specialist equipment and tools and so is charged separately, per hour. We do not offer estimates for leak location because it is a service and cannot be estimated visually.
